Assignment 2 ~ Less Is More (Final Version)

This is the photo that I have decided to use in the end. The rice on the spoon is more general than part of the chicken used in the previous version.

Here, I did a manual tracing and sketching for the step 1 of my abstraction.

For step 2, I decided to remove the plate as it does not crucial in the process of obtaining my final abstracted pictogram.

At step 4, I simplified the stick man to one without contours. 

Step 5, I removed the body, but still retaining the meaning of a person eating.

Final step of abstraction, only a spoon and some food is left. I cannot make out what it actually means if I were to just look at this pictogram. =.= Maybe this is what I call "Super Abstract".
